1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using astromatchmake.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by AstroMatchMake (MatchFlow Intelligence Inc.).
2. Nature of Services
The astrology readings, natal chart analyses, tarot interpretations, and healing services provided by AstroMatchMake are for entertainment and personal reference purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional consultation. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our content.
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and purchase services
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account
- Do not share accounts or register using false information
4. Payment and Refunds
- All prices are in USD, processed securely via Shopify
- Digital content (AI chart readings, instant reports): no refunds after delivery
- One-on-one consultations: full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment; no refund within 24 hours
- Membership subscriptions: no refund for the current billing period; cancel anytime to stop future charges
- For billing disputes, contact us within 7 days of the charge
5. Soul Match Community Rules
When using the Soul Match feature, you agree to:
- Post truthful and accurate personal information
- Not harass, deceive, or harm other users
- Not post illegal, pornographic, discriminatory, or spam content
- Not collect other users' information for commercial purposes
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (text, images, design, software) is owned by or licensed to AstroMatchMake (MatchFlow Intelligence Inc.). Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Your personal natal chart report is for your personal use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroMatchMake (MatchFlow Intelligence Inc.) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, including consequences of personal decisions made based on astrological content.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the courts of California.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site announcement. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
